I had no idea how significant and amazing the Lotus flower was; learning about the flower and its significance in Chinese culture was both enjoyable and educational! When my midterms are finished, I can't wait to try your activity and make my own lotus flower!
I've always found lotus lovely and learning about its importance in Chinese culture is so nice. Since I don't see lotus flowers around me all the time, it is a nice idea to create one for my room so that I can see it every day, thank you :)
I have always liked lotus flowers. I tried the paper folding activity with smaller papers (about 1:4 size comparing to video) unfortunately I failed. I'll give it an another try with normal sized paper after my midterms.
