I am a senior undergraduate student of Foreign Language Education at Boğaziçi University. My academic interests include sentence processing, atypical language development, deaf education, and cognition. I am currently leading a research project that investigates language deprivation. I am also interested in the second language processing of emotion words! I would like pursue a master's degree specializing in Linguistics. Professionally, I love teaching too! I am one of the co-founders of FluentKid, which is a start up project where we teach English online to both children and adults using the principles of computer-assisted task-based language teaching. I wanted to become a part of ENACT because I believe intercultural and intergenerational communication are the key to language learning. I hope to learn a lot during this process, to meet and work with new people, and improve my teaching.
