On 31 March, ENACT Europa spent the day at Kittiwake Library with a drop‑in cultural activity inspired by Somali folklore.
Session explored the stories of the Somali Fox and Hyena and the Geordie Lambton Worm through creative, hands‑on crafts which visitors could join in with throughout the day.
Kittiwake Library, run predominantly by dedicated volunteers, continues to be a vibrant community hub offering regular language sessions and cultural engagement opportunities for local residents. We were delighted to collaborate with the team and look forward to building on this partnership in the future.
