In a recent visit to Jinja, Uganda, ENACT had collaborated with the Women Rights Initiative (WORI) https://www.wori-uganda.org/ where the latter created a cooking activity making a traditional Ugandan meal.

WORI is a grassroots NGO which seeks to empower women through education on menstrual health and the support of GBV survivors. They also seek to celebrate and promote Ugandan culture through the upcoming East African Women's Museum, highlighting the highly skilled and important roles ordinary Ugandan women play in society. In the videos everything is done authentically including the wearing of the Gomesi - a traditional Ugandan dress.
The visit was supported by Newcastle University International Coalition of Sites of Conscience Internships: https://www.ncl.ac.uk/mobility/go-abroad/short-term-opportunities/icsc/
