Cream Tea: A British Tradition

I have learned the history of afternoon tea and the two way eating scones which are very fascinating!

I'm make tea in Indian style every morning at home. My tea is different style.
1. First steel pot and one cup of water.
2. Gas on
3. Add some 2 tea, grated ginger and fennel seeds.
4. Boil 4 to 5 mints.
5. Then add two cup of milk
6. Then waiting for boil.
7. After boil tea ready for u...... thank you

However the brewing method is different, tea is also popular in my country, Turkey.
The activity is helpful to see the similarities and differences of tea culture in the UK and Turkey.
