Als allererstes die Kürbiskerne zerkleinern, danach alle weiteren Zutaten miteinander verrühren und anschließend den fertigen Teig für 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Wenn sich der Teig verdoppelt hat, den Teig in acht bis zehn Teile teilen und zu Brötchen formen. Danach die Brötchen in Wasser tunken und in die zerkleinerten Kürbiskerne wälzen. Zum Schluss die Brötchen auf ein Backblech legen und im Backofen für ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten bei 200°C Ober-/ Unterhitze backen.
